Distribution and Conditions. ( බෙදාහරිම් හා කොන්දෙසි. )

Our company aims to deliver the ordered item to you safely and quickly.
* Distribution – Orders received before 4.00 pm will be forwarded to the delivery company on the same day. Orders received after 4.00 pm will be sent to the delivery company the next day.
* If the equipment package you receive from the distribution company is damaged or open, contact that company immediately. We are not responsible for any physical damage that may occur during transportation.
* The distributor is obligated to cover the loss incurred during transportation. If there is any difficulty in transportation, we request you to inform our agency as well.
* You must receive the service within 48 hours within 2 days from the date of ordering.
* Delivery time may vary due to road damage / legal status / natural disaster / address tracking issues.

ඇණවුම් කරන ලද අයිතමය ආරක්ෂිතව හා ඉක්මනින් ඔබට ලබා දීම අපගේ සමාගම අරමුණුයි.
* බෙදා හැරීම – සවස 4.00 ට පෙර ලැබෙන ඇණවුම් එදිනම බෙදාහැරීමේ සමාගමට යොමු කරනු ලැබේ. සවස 4.00 න් පසු ලැබෙන ඇණවුම් පසුදා බෙදාහැරීමේ සමාගමට යවනු ලැබේ.
* බෙදාහැරීමේ සමාගමෙන් ඔබට ලැබෙන උපකරණ පැකේජයට හානි සිදුවී ඇත්නම් හෝ විවෘතව තිබේ නම් වහාම එම සමාගම අමතන්න. ප්‍රවාහනයේදී සිදුවිය හැකි භෞතික හානිවලට අප වගකියනු නොලැබෙි.
* ප්‍රවාහනයේදී සිදුවන පාඩුව පියවා ගැනීමට බෙදාහරින්නා (බෙදාහැරීමේ සමාගම) බැඳී සිටී. ප්‍රවාහනයේ යම් දුෂ්කරතාවයක් ඇත්නම්, අප ආයතනයට ද දැනුම් දෙන ලෙස අපි ඔබෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටිමු.
* ඇණවුම් කළ දින සිට දින 2 ක් ඇතුළත ඔබට පැය 48 ක් ඇතුළත සේවාව ලැබිය යුතුය.
* මාර්ග හානි / නෛතික තත්ත්වය / ස්වාභාවික විපත් / ලිපින ලුහුබැඳීමේ ගැටළු හේතුවෙන් බෙදා හැරීමේ කාලය වෙනස් විය හැකිය.
* වගකීම් කාලය ගණනය කරනු ලබන්නේ මිලදී ගත් දිනයේ සිටය. – ස්තූතියි -@ New Tech PC

Warranty And conditions (වගකීම් සහ කොන්දේසි)

Liabilities may be waived on reasonable grounds such as natural disasters, water leaks, misuse, or physical damage. Accordingly, if the device does not function properly during the warranty period, it can be transferred to any user who uses the device if the warranty period of the device continues. Exchange of warranty does not require bills purchased from our company and only a sticker with the serial number of the device supplied by our company is required. If the sticker with the serial number is damaged, the warranty period of the device will expire, although the warranty period will continue. The replacement of equipment is based on institutional regulations. In the event of a change of liability, if we do not have the equipment in our company’s warehouse, we will pay you the amount of the bill that you or the buyer paid to our company on the day of purchase. – Thank You -@ New Tech PC

ස්වාභාවික විපත්, ජල කාන්දුවීම්, අනිසි භාවිතය හෝ භෞතික හානි වැනි සාධාරණ හේතු මත වගකීම් නිදහස් කළ හැකිය. ඒ අනුව, වගකීම් කාලය තුළ උපාංගය නිසියාකාරව ක්‍රියාත්මක නොවන්නේ නම්, උපාංගයේ වගකීම් කාලය දිගටම පවතින්නේ නම් එය උපාංගය භාවිතා කරන ඕනෑම පරිශීලකයෙකුට මාරු කළ හැකිය. වගකීම් හුවමාරුව සඳහා අපගේ සමාගමෙන් මිලදී ගත් බිල්පත් අවශ්‍ය නොවන අතර අපගේ සමාගම විසින් සපයනු ලබන උපාංගයේ අනුක්‍රමික අංකය සහිත ස්ටිකරයක් පමණක් අවශ්‍ය වේ. අනුක්‍රමික අංකය සහිත ස්ටිකරයට හානි සිදුවුවහොත්, වගකීම් කාලය අඛණ්ඩව පැවතියද උපාංගයේ වගකීම් කාලය කල් ඉකුත් වේ. උපකරණ ප්රතිස්ථාපනය කිරීම ආයතනික රෙගුලාසි මත පදනම් වේ. වගකීම් වෙනස්වීමකදී, අපගේ සමාගමේ ගබඩාවේ උපකරණ අප සතුව නොමැති නම්, මිලදී ගැනීමේ දිනයේදී ඔබ හෝ ගැනුම්කරු අපගේ සමාගමට ගෙවූ බිල්පතේ ප්‍රමාණය අපි ඔබට ගෙවන්නෙමු. – ස්තූතියි – New Tech PC
